Production time
Printing takes 3 to 5 business days. After that, your order is handed to the carrier.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is charged per order. The table below shows, for each destination, the shipping cost from the stated amount and the estimated delivery time. From the order value shown in the free shipping column, we ship free of charge. For France, French law sets the delivery charge instead: see the note below the table. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Rates shown are minimum rates per order; amounts in currencies other than the euro are approximate. You see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
France: by French law, orders of books under 35 € carry a delivery charge of at least 3.00 €; from 35 € the statutory charge is 0.01 €.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation by email. If the carrier provides tracking for your delivery, the confirmation includes it.
Returns
Consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Right of Withdrawal page for details and the model form. For questions about a return, contact support@cleverbookshop.com.
Damaged or faulty copies
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with binding faults, email a photo to support@cleverbookshop.com and we will take it from there. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
