Production time
Printing takes 3 to 10 business days. After that, your order is handed to the carrier.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is charged per order. The table below shows, for each destination, the shipping cost from the stated amount and the estimated delivery time. From the order value shown in the free shipping column, we ship free of charge. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. This also covers destinations not listed in the table below, and shipping costs for those may differ.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation by email. If the carrier provides tracking for your delivery, the confirmation includes it.
Returns

Damaged or faulty copies
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with binding faults, email a photo to support@cleverbookshop.com and we will take it from there. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
